Refund and Returns Policy

Our digital products — including PCB component libraries, 3D STEP files, fonts, and other downloadable resources — are delivered electronically.

Delivery Method: Immediately after payment confirmation, you will receive a download link via email and/or on your account page.
Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
Support: If you experience any issues with your files (e.g., corrupted download, incorrect format), please contact us within 7 days. We will provide assistance or a replacement file.

Occasionally, we may offer 3D-printed or other physical items.

Shipping: Items are dispatched to the address provided at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed during purchase.
Returns: You may return unused physical items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Process: To request a return, please contact us before sending any item back. We will provide the correct return address and instructions.
